# Go to computer management
# Right click in users and select the option New User
# Add user name, full name, passwor and confirm password
## Disable -> option(user must change password at next logon
## Activate -> User cannot change password
## Activate -> Password never expires
## Disable -> Account is disabled

After create the user, is mandatory to go the properties. Go to dial in, and in the network access permission, the allow access must be activated.
