EventTemplates

Quatenus Event templates are in Quatenus Module, only available in the main company in that datacenter.

This event Templates are configured the same way, a normal system event is configured.

We have to choose the object type. Device, driver, vehicles, etc

We must choose a code for the event templar, and add the description.

We must had the conditions for it to trigger the event

We must add a action to it, it can be none, but it needs one action.

To add this event template to a product, for when a new company is created or product is licensed to a company, the person who is doing it, is requested to accept to add the related events to that product to be added to the company that the changes are being done.

After the creation of the event Templates, is needed to go to Families under Quatenus Menu

Select the event templates that were created by you, and the list of events for that family.

Now we need to do the same, for the product of the family that that we added the new event temples.

Select the event templates that were created by you, and the list of events for that product.

Save the product, and it's all done.
